The PROSPEX Lamella Clarifier is fitted with a plate pack to maximize the effective settling area of the unit and a conical sludge hopper in a small footprint. Lamella clarifiers are ideal for applications where the solid loading is variable and solid sizing is fine. Lamella Clarifiers are one of the best options for pre-treatment ahead of more sophisticated treatment technologies because of their ability to remove a significant solid loading.
The PROSPEX Water Lamella Clarifier can be integrated into a treatment process or as a stand-alone unit. Typical applications are for separation of grit or metal removal or any other application where the solids have a specific gravity >1.0.

Pressure Sand filter
PROSPEX Media Filter are the most efficient type of filtration of water heavily contaminated with algae, organic matter and other impurities found in open reservoirs, canals and recycled water systems. The filtration occurs when the water passes through the open spaces and between sand particles, trapping the solid particles. The PROSPEX Media Filters use a bed of sand approximately 25 to 40 centimetres deep to filter particles out of the water. The dirt particles are trapped in the open areas between the sand particles are removed during the backwash cycle. This dirt and backwash water is expelled out of the tank and into a disposal area. Sand filter are available is FRP, Carbon Steel, & Stainless Steel 304 grades.

Prospex Automatic in-line Self Cleaning equipment with disc filtering element with 2" valves or 3" valves, High Density Polyethylene / stainless steel manifolds. Easy to install, Maximum resistance and durability.
Automation availabl in 110 V, 220 V or 12 V, Also possible to backwash with compressed air, minimizing the water loss during backwash.
